The biggest list of Brand Sponsors available on the internet

Looking for a brand to sponsor you as a BJJ athlete? Brands are always looking for influencer atheletes to promote their products. Typically you'll get kitted out and sometimes they will pay for you to attend events and comps.

Why should I find a Brand Sponsor?

Brands are always looking to promote their products within their niche. If you're good at Jiu Jitsu and have a large follwoing on social media, you could be the perfect person to help them do that. Especially if you compete in events and are seen by a lot of people nationally and globally.

If you are trying to make jiu jitsu your career, then having a brand sponsor you can help you pay for your training fees, events, competitions and uniforms too. Plus, isn't it cool to be able to say you're sponsored by a brand?

What do I need to be sponsor worthy?

There are a couple of things that will make you more attractive to a brand.

Firstly, you need to align with the brands values, if you're a potty mouthed brawler and its a family brand it might not work so well. Your behaviour on and off the mat is important too, brands want to be associated with good people.

Secondly, you need to be actively growing your influence. This means growing your online precences and being active in the community along with networking with other athletes and organisations. Your social media precence is an important asset, it's probably just as important as your training if you want to be sponsored.

Finally, you should be genuinely interested in the brand and their products. It's better to pick a brand that you like and maybe already use rather than one you don't. This will definitely make doing the chores of sponsorship easier whe your motivation is low.
